Met a few friends for a Miami spice lunch. $30 for good quality food, service and atmosphere?! No brainer. They also have some paid add ons for more specialty items. I started with the miso soup, with I felt perfect and not overly salty. Followed by the spicy salmon maki - good quality, but as a friend put it maybe missing just one ingredient. I did appreciate the puffed rice though for that added experience. My favorite was the entree, which I'm not even sure I saw on their main menu: chicken katsu curry. Wow. Really nice fried chicken of quality with white rice and the perfect Japanese curry. This was a hit! Ended with some fresh tasting pineapple sorbet. Overall, I had a great time. Miami spice is a good opportunity to try or revisit Novikov!

Simply outstanding. We stopped in for the special Miami Spice lunch prix fixe offering, which was an incredible value. First of all, the space is beautiful, the vibe is great, and the service was on point. I would certainly pay full price to come again, but I am not complaining about the great deal offered through Miami Spice which is what encouraged me to check out the place. It worked and I now consider this one of my favorite places downtown. So, for $30 at lunch, you get four courses. Can you imagine a better deal? We got the white miso soup and the cucumber tataki for the first course. They were both great, but we were especially impressed by the perfectly sliced and arranged cucumbers in a spicy vinegar and oil. Beautiful, fresh, and tasty. For the second course, we enjoyed the shrimp and cilantro dim sum and the spicy salmon maki, both of which were perfect. In preparation for the main course, they brought our forks and knives, which seemed unusual in an Asian restaurant. However, it would have been difficult for me to eat the grilled branzino with chopsticks. The other main we got was the crispy duck, which was exquisite. At the end we enjoyed coconut panda cotta with a tangy passion fruit sorbet. Again, we were thrilled that we could enjoy such an incredible meal for such a great price, and we are certainly motivated to visit again soon to try out many more of the great items on the main menus.

I have a soft spot for Novikov. The cuisine is satisfactory, although a bit overpriced, but you're essentially paying for the ambiance and prime location. It's a popular spot for business types, with a high-end and refined vibe. If you're on a tight budget, I wouldn't recommend coming here as the service is rather standard and it's evident that the servers and hostesses aren't thrilled with their jobs. However, the food is quite tasty.

The team was outstanding. From the moment you enter the host team was very welcoming, the server was very knowledgeable and provided us with some amazing choices. The GM Valeria checked on us regularly to ensure we were having a great time. Still one of best spot to visit and bring my friends. See you soon.

I came here for miami spice lunch and I liked it more than I thought I would, especially since I feel hesitant about Miami asian fusion. Starter: The cucumber tataki was ok but in the end just sliced cucumbers. I wish I got the hot and sour soup that my friend got as it had more flavor and substance. Appetizer: I got the duck and foie gras dim sum and my friend got the shrimp and cilantro dim sum and they were ok. Perhaps I was craving more of the chinese flavor. While the dumplings looked chinese, it didn't taste chinese at all. I would not get either again. Main: I got the half peking duck and actually enjoyed it. Growing up, my family would make it at home and the taste was pretty similar. They used authentic thin chewy wrappers. However I wish there was a bit more fat on the meat. The skin isn't as crispy and juicy as the ones I've had in China (but those are some high standards that have never been met in the US). For the extra $15 on top of the miami spice base price of $30, the peking duck was certainly worth it and would recommend it. The service was good but I wish they filled my water more often, especially given the saltiness of some of the dipping sauces. The decor was beautiful and well lit and stylish. TLDR: get the peking duck for a pretty authentic experience in Miami

It's been one of my favorite restaurants in Miami for many years The food isamazing,g asiss their service. The location is beautiful, walking distance to everything. Love it!

I came to treat my wife to a birthday brunch, and Novikov was a huge hit. Big flavors and very fresh ingredients. Asian tastes such as bad, dim sum, and sushi while having very fresh sashimi, oysters, and shrimp. They refresh all the items timely, and nothing sits out too long or ever gets empty. The service is also impeccable. Our server, Abraham, was amazing and helped to create a memorable time.

We came here for Miami spice Sunday Brunch, we absolutely loved everything on the menu. The shrimp and cilantro dumplings and the Peking duck was phenomenal. Our server was really nice and sweet. He was almost like a one man show but he is able to make sure we are taken care of. We will be back soon !

what to order: CRISPY DUCK! Miso black cod! tip: go during the weekday lunch and take advantage of their business lunch This was our last meal in Miami and I am sooooo glad. It was DELICIOUS. The ambiance was a little off cause it was during the day time but still a really nice vibey restaurant. Service was also on point! They let us store our luggage since we were headed to the airport directly from the restaurant. Crispy duck was by far my favorite!! So delicious. A cool modern twist on the traditional Peking duck dish.

Made a reservation for a work lunch after hearing some glowing recommendations. From entrance to exit it was a great experience! We wanted something light so didn't end up doing the $30 business lunch, and just got sashimi. The ginger truffle hamachi, perfectly thin and great paired with the micro greens. Scallop truffle was not pictured but also really tasty. All 3 of us ordered the chefs recommended sashimi so they combined it into a beautiful platter with sliced fruit and dry ice. The fish was soft and really fresh quality. Presentation was all perfect and service was top notch. My one complaint was that it gets very loud somehow even with not that many people in the room. I'll be back for the $30 business lunch for sure.
